At The Life Yoga Studio, we believe that yoga is a holistic practice that can transform your mind, body, and spirit. Our 200hr teacher training program is for anyone wanting to deepen their practice, find a closer connection to themselves, and/or wanting to learn how to teach yoga. This training has been given the upmost attention and detail, to ensure you have not only a well rounded education, but also, a deeply moving experience. Something that requires this much time and devotion should bare the fruits of such, and we have worked tirelessly to bring you just that. 🩶

Upon completion you will receive a certification of your 200HR YTT, will have a solid grasp of yoga philosophy, an understanding and confidence of how to teach, a deep connection to what you love about yoga, and what your own unique style is. This 200HR training certifies you in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.

Our 200hr YTT is designed to give you the most well rounded view of yoga, all it's facets, and the tools to have a firm foundation in yoga and/or set out on your teaching journey.... should that be your goal. This 200hr training will feel much more like a 300hr (deeper, more information, more attention, and much more training). We like to give you full meal deal, not just a sample. 

Who can become a yoga teacher? 

ANYONE. You don't have to have the "perfect" practice to teach. You need to have a practice - even a brand new one. You also need a passion and love for yoga, and that's about it. The rest are skills and knowledge you can easily develop and learn over time. All ages welcome 18+. You are never too old either 😉

What's included in our YTT? 

- unlimited yoga membership at both studios for the duration of training (your current memberships will be frozen)

- as much one-on-one needed to confidently complete final teach-out

- all the training material + books needed

- 200hr Certificate in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative

- plus many other little perks

The program will be lead by studio owner Katelyn Bessette (500hr YT + several other certifications that bring immense value to your training) with several other visiting teachers/experts in their own field of yoga and other professions.
